About

People, systems, service.

My work lives at the boundary: diagnose what is wrong, understand who is affected, explain the trade-offs, and help the system work better next time.

Experience

Apple Retail Spain · 2014—2024

I moved through Specialist, Technical Specialist, Genius and In-Store Experience Lead responsibilities. The common thread was not a job title; it was translating technical problems into useful next steps while keeping trust intact.

As an ISE Lead, I supported operations across two Madrid stores: opening and closing routines, cash handling, events, meetings, resources, maintenance coordination and support for teams when the situation did not fit a neat procedure.

Apple was a corporate environment with refined protocols. That experience is relevant to service, standards and execution; it is not a claim of startup or engineering experience.

Transition

AI and Full Stack

Since moving to Aberdeen, I have been retraining in Artificial Intelligence and Full Stack development. I am not presenting myself as a senior software engineer. My depth in backend, infrastructure and production systems is still developing.

I learn by building, documenting, testing, breaking things and trying again. The goal is useful capability, not the performance of certainty.

Principle
Leading is serving. Good technical work leaves people with more clarity and more control.
